Firm Obtains Permanent Injunction In Copyright Infringement Lawsuit

On February 8. 2011, United States District Judge Josephine Staton Tucker permanently enjoined Jason Sarrow from infringing the copyright to the documentary film “Faire: An American Renaissance” owned by Grace+Grace LLP client J2F Productions, Inc.  The Court’s judgment against Sarrow also confirmed that the firm’s client, filmmaker Doug Jacobson, is the sole author of the Film.  Mike Grace and Pam Deitchle represented J2F Productions, Inc. and Doug Jacobson in the case.
