Pam Deitchle litigates and tries complex litigation matters involving intellectual property rights, trade secrets, technology, and commercial disputes in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. She also represents clients in appellate matters in state and federal courts. Pam also counsels businesses on range of legal and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Pam served a two-year term as a judicial law clerk with the United States District Court for the Central District of California. While clerking, she worked on several high-profile cases, including MGM Studios, Inc. v. Grokster, Ltd., the landmark P2P file-sharing case.
Admitted to the California Bar in 2002, she earned B.A. degrees in economics and government from Centre College and a J.D., cum laude, with a Certificate in Intellectual Property, from Whittier College, where she was a Dean's Merit Scholar, Staff Editor of the Whittier Law Review, member of the moot court honors board and earned CALI awards in Patent Law and Intellectual Property Litigation.
Pam is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, the California State Bar Intellectual Property Law Section, and the Centre College Alumni Board of Directors. She enjoys spending time with other members of the “Big Blue Nation” (University of Kentucky athletics fans) in Southern California, attending concerts at the Hollywood Bowl, and relaxing in her Pasadena bungalow.
